I believe in the visual termite inspection report and the pest treatment advice a payment section should be added as this allows us to select how the customer has paid there for giving them a paid receipt. A section allowing us to provide our BSB and Account number should be provided as well.

These forms should also have a section to allow us to put in a work/maintenance order number that has been provided to us by real estates or strata management.

A seperate warranty option for each pest treated such as 6months for roaches and an option to give 3months for spiders and so on

Reset a previously saved or sent form but just not the contact details or structure description. This way staff cannot be lazy and will need to take new photos and revisit conducive conditions etc. when a repeat inspection is done.
It will also speed up the process by not having to delet the add and make errors.

When completing certification of treatment i would like to see for the reticulation line to be continuous connected to show the line and fill / end charge boxes( Lines join and have corner lines.

Should be lines going up and down/ left and right with corners.

Need a Quote template form 2-3 pages with fields for photos

On a pre purchase timber pest inspection it would be great if the report could have a mudmap of where damages,termites ect are for client.

The ability to import even just a logo to the header of each report/form would be handy.

Can you imrove the select tool when hovering over a word as it is very difficult to get the cursor to move to the correct position so you can make corrections.

The autofill option for the chemical usage or brand and amount needs to be reinstated as it has really slowed down the process. For the other reports can we have this as well.

The addition of a box to obtain signature of person present at time of contracted work, needs to be an option as not always someone present,
