White screen
We are having issues with the screen going blank (white) when filling out reports. If you turn the screen it comes back up but it is very annoying

Comments page
Hi josh the comments page is painful, you can't just scroll up as you write and on the preview it has a series of symbols every so often and there is no way to delete it or correct it, the old comments page was easier, thanks mate

Information double entry?

Is there a way I can link the client info from one form to another?
I do pest and building reports and I have to add the info in for each form
I then have to add the info to my invoicing app
It would save a lot of time if they were linked
It's a bit tedious

Building Reports.
Hi Josh, I find that I have to use other a lot as there are no defect summary to suit masonry block walls and as this is the main type of construction used up here on houses,units and commercial is it possible to add or change some of the report to do this. Regards Bob Carroll.

Printer
To have the option to print the report. So after you have complete your report and are with the customer you can print the report from your device (iPad) to a mobile printer.

Ok i have logged on but un sure of how much credits i have, and how much for a certain report.

Make an app for iphone
Please make an iphone version of the app.
I have 15 technicians on the road and I don't want to have to supply them each with a tablet, when they already have iphones

Where is the search function
No longer able to search contacts for those that are already in the system to make changes to data.

Site defect in building & pest report
When selecting some types of site defects it makes cracking not applicable by default and it can't be changed eg fencing well what about concrete tilt panel fencing, concrete block fencing,
Or patio defect lots of patios that I inspect have cracking as a defect
Please give an option rather than not applicable.
