I believe in the visual termite inspection report and the pest treatment advice a payment section should be added as this allows us to select how the customer has paid there for giving them a paid receipt. A section allowing us to provide our BSB and Account number should be provided as well.

These forms should also have a section to allow us to put in a work/maintenance order number that has been provided to us by real estates or strata management.

Can a cover page be generated for a business that will be attached to reports as the reports presentation as stands is leaking in a professional look.

Whilst carrying out a timber pest inspection report and in the section where it asks me would a termite proposal be necessary, if i select yes the contact details should migrate over to the termite proposal form, this will save a lot of time when doing reports.

There have been several times when I am out onsite carrying out an inspection and then half way through or in some cases nearly finished and the program blanks out and I lose the ENTIRE report. If there was an autosave option that it automatically saves your work or asks you to save your work. Some kind of prompt. It's very frustrating knowing you have spent a good part of an hour and half doing a very large home (Building Inspection) and then it's completely lost.
The only saviour was that my photos were saved to my device.

I mentioned this about 12 months ago and many customers want to have on their treatment advice and reports that they have paid. It would be good at the payment amount to have the option of say how they paid whether via cash cheque ccard. Having the option to insert our bsb and account details into the form is also necessary.

And erasing option for parts of the maps so if you find an earlier mistake you don't have to undo half of the map you can just erase and edit the mistake

Especially in the Risk Management Record and Advice Notice and even the termite quote forms, the ability to have photos in the report to show customers where the problems are would be a great advantage

The addition of a easy to use booking & run sheet program would be great.
Something that generates work order numbers and can be searched by client: job number/address/phone number/name.
The ability to enter the details and see a full client history by dates and services provided.
The ability to fill in fields on a form and hit print to generate
Job sheets
Invoices

This would effectively place your admin office and services into your mobile iPad.

The ability to create and load templates would be great. Can kinda 'save and load' forms at the moment but it feels like more of a workaround.

Can you imrove the select tool when hovering over a word as it is very difficult to get the cursor to move to the correct position so you can make corrections.

It would be great to be able to have an option to create a site map on its own.
E.g. I just want to send a client a map of where I have installed rodent bait stations.

When doing large termite inspection reports with a lot of photos the app crashes. Yesterday one of my techs lost a whole report. The auto fill you cannot scroll through past options as the keyboard gets in the way

I'm sure I'm not the only sole operator that isn't keen on having his home street address sent in the footer of every report email to every client. Is there a way to edit this?

These days it is easy to get an aerial screenshot of a property using Google maps, six maps or a camera drone (which we use). This is great for accuracy with structures, trees, surrounding pressure zones, etc.
it would be great to be able to use one of these photos as the site map background and use to stamp menu to add items, descriptions, etc.

Have an option for other for properties owners not living in Australia.
